  1. Identify the barriers to outreach services for older adult minority populations.
  2. Describe opportunities and best practice activities to increase service equity to underserved older adult populations.
  3. Explain the necessity to leverage existing resources to provide nutrition services for older adults in minority populations and the need for diversification of staff within these agencies.

Learning Outcomes

Seventy-five percent of participants will be able to demonstrate knowledge about increasing equity and inclusion of nutrition services for older adults by achieving a posttest score of 70% or greater.
