Learning Objectives/Outcomes

After completing this continuing education activity you will be able to:

  1. Examine factors reported in the literature that relate to a greater intent of RNs to stay or leave their positions.
  2. Recognize the incidence of and issues related to job turnover for the NLRNs in the study described in this article.
  3. Identify reasons for leaving or staying in a job that were given by the NLRNs in this study.
