- Explain the development and implementation of an evidence-based algorithm and electronic orders to guide clinicians on appropriate indications for premedication in patients receiving blood product transfusions.

Learning Outcomes
By the conclusion of this activity, a majority of participants will demonstrate knowledge of the impact of a hospital-wide algorithm to guide clinicians on when to administer premedication to patients receiving blood product transfusions by achieving a passing score on the posttest.Disclosures
