  2. Summarize burnout rates and factors that influence burnout among PC providers.
  3. Identify factors associated with lower risk of burnout and strategies supported by literature to mitigate burnout for PC providers.

Learning Outcomes

Seventy-five percent of participants will demonstrate knowledge of burnout among specialty palliative care (PC) providers by achieving a minimum score of 70% on the posttest.
