  3. Select appropriate nursing interventions to create a supportive environment for transitioning patients.

Learning Outcomes

Seventy-five percent of participants will be able to demonstrate knowledge about creating a supportive environment for patients who are transitioning by achieving a posttest score of 70% or greater.
