Description

The Nursing Professional Development Practitioner (NPDP) Onboarding Program and Progression Tool was developed to provide a structured framework for the NPDP novice to expert role transition. The NPD Progression Tool was designed to encourage self-reflection, self-assessment, goal setting and to promote the NPD profession. This session will explore the NPD Progression Tool's creation and method of validation.
