After completing this continuing education activity you will be able to:

  1. Recognize the background information the authors considered when presenting their Fathers Matter study for a better understanding of fathers of the baby who engage in pregnancy research involving primarily Black couples.
  2. Identify the characteristics of the participants in the Fathers Matter study.
  3. Choose the results of the Fathers Matter study that offer insight to clinicians working with this population.

Learning Outcomes

Seventy-five percent of participants will demonstrate knowledge of the Fathers Matter study by achieving a minimum score of 70% on the outcomes-based posttest.
