After completing this continuing education activity you will be able to:

  3. Choose the results of the study that enhance the importance of the interventions faith community nurses can incorporate into their practice.

Learning Outcomes

Seventy-five percent of participants will demonstrate knowledge of a study describing transitional care delivered by a faith community nurse using a standardized nursing language, the Nursing Interventions Classification, by achieving a minimum score of 70% on the outcomes-based posttest.
