This webinar is designed for NPD practitioners to learn how to redesign a two-day conference into a hybrid learning experience. The presenters will share how they leveraged available multimedia technology to redesign their End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium (ELNEC) Conference into a 6-week asynchronous learning and a synchronous interactive webinar that allowed the participants to apply newly learned knowledge to a complex case scenario.
