Learning Outcomes

Seventy-five percent of participants will demonstrate knowledge about compassion satisfaction, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma experienced by nurse leaders during the COVID-19 pandemic, achieving a minimum score of 70% on the outcomes-based posttest.
