After completing this continuing education activity you will be able to:

  2. Choose the appropriate measures for caring for patients with skin of color who are undergoing aesthetic skin treatments.
  3. Identify the lasers best suited for aesthetic skin treatments for patients with skin of color.

Learning Outcomes

Seventy-five percent of participants will demonstrate knowledge of appropriate treatments, procedures, and protocols for patients with skin of color who are undergoing aesthetic treatments involving lasers, microneedling, or chemical peels by achieving a minimum score of 70% on the outcomes-based posttest.
