  2. Explain benefits and complications of caloric restriction and weight loss plans for older adults with obesity.
  3. Identify components of weight loss plans that minimize complications and comorbidities for older adults with obesity.

Learning Outcomes

Seventy-five percent of participants will be able to demonstrate knowledge about helping older adult patients with obesity safely lose weight by achieving a posttest score of 70% or greater.
