Nursing professional development (NPD) practitioners partner for practice transitions. This session highlights how one organization created and implemented an Associate Degree-prepared Nurse (ADN) Apprenticeship program to diversify the nursing workforce transitioning into a nurse residency program, while simultaneously successfully completing an RN-BSN program.Learning Objectives

As a result of this session, 80% of participants who complete the evaluation will identify at least one way how the use of an ADN apprenticeship can support ADN-prepared nurses to complete their RN to BSN program and impact diversity of the nursing workforce.
