Seventy-five percent of participants will demonstrate knowledge of key areas of potential liability associated with the COVID-19 pandemic including immunity, documentation, crisis standards of care, delegation and assignment, scope of practice, floating, travel nursing, and telehealth by achieving a minimum score of 70% on the outcomes based posttest.
