75% of participants will demonstrate knowledge of the work of a quality improvement working group to minimize incidence of necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) while improving growth outcomes in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) by achieving a minimum score of 70% on the outcomes based post-test.
