To present the results of a 2021 nationwide survey of cancer survivors from the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship.

  2. Analyze the results of the survey of cancer survivors' experiences and perceptions of care.
  3. Interpret the data as related to disparities in access to high-quality cancer care.

75% of participants will demonstrate knowledge of the 2021 nationwide survey of cancer survivors from the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship by achieving a minimum score of 70% on the outcomes-based posttest.
