The impact of nursing professional development on organizational outcomes can be difficult to quantify, much less communicate effectively to key stakeholders. This session will explore concepts to develop an annual report designed to demonstrate the impact of NPD, including driving organizational goals, return on investment and the impact on the practice environment.
