Defined as "an individual who contributes to the overall functioning of a continuing education/professional development department in a substantive way," the Professional Development Associate plays a key role in supporting the work of NPD practitioners. Learn about ANPD resources for this role and how you can maximize the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the Professional Development Associate to enhance the work of your department.

Purpose of Activity
