Seventy-five percent of participants will demonstrate knowledge of a postpartum follow-up program that leverages the electronic health record (EHR) to improve awareness of cardiovascular risk, preventative strategies, and the need for follow-up with a primary care provider after hypertensive disorders of pregnancy by achieving a minimum score of 70% on the outcomes-based posttest.
