Seventy-five percent of participants will demonstrate knowledge of a pilot project implemented to determine the impact of the Reengineered Discharge Toolkit on patients' knowledge for self-management, satisfaction with the discharge process, readiness for discharge, discharge time, and 30-day readmission rate following hip or knee surgery by achieving a minimum score of 70% on the outcomes-based posttest.
